Why I Invest in Coaching – Even as a Coach

Often, the women I coach are surprised to hear that I have a coach. As if I must have everything figured out, or surely I just practice what I preach and call it a day!

But coaching isn’t about one person having all the answers—it’s a partnership. A space to think, reflect, and challenge yourself. And I believe in it so much that I invest in it myself.

I’m on my own journey too. As a business owner, I’m still working things out, still evolving, still deciding what I want next. Coaching isn’t about “fixing” things—it’s about growth, clarity, and taking action.

Maybe you’re at a point in your career where you feel stuck. You’ve put in the years, you know your stuff, but something’s not clicking—you want more. More recognition, more confidence, more fulfilment. But figuring out the next move? That’s the hard part.

That’s exactly where coaching comes in. You don’t have to do it alone.

So if you’ve ever wondered if coaching is right for you, know this: even coaches get coached. And it makes all the difference.
