Why did I become a coach?
And why focus on helping experienced women in music shape careers they love?
Honestly, every single thing I’ve done in my life has led me here.
From interning at a major label to navigating the BMG and Sony Music merger—figuring out a new boss, a new team, and a whole new senior management. Being made redundant, moving to another major, only for that to get bought too. Deciding I couldn’t live through that cycle again, so I pivoted—working for an indie that licensed band T-shirts across Europe.
I’ve walked out of jobs that no longer served me—but at the time, I had no one to help me see my options. I’ve lived and worked in three major music cities - London, LA, and now New York. I’ve supported friends and colleagues through their struggles. And I’ve always been a feminist, frustrated by the barriers for women in music.
I’ve seen too many brilliant women feeling stuck—putting in the years, working hard, yet still not getting the respect, pay, or opportunities they deserve. I became a coach to change that.
Call it a calling, but I’m exactly where I’m meant to be. And I’ve never felt more fulfilled.
If you’re a woman in music feeling adrift, let’s get you anchored in a career (and life) that truly fits. You don’t have to figure it out alone.
