What happens in a TYPICAL COACHING SESSION?
In a session, I will help you:
Define your desired focus area and outcome
Clarify why the outcome is important to you
Identify things that are blocking you from achieving that outcome
Generate new insights about your topic
Create an action plan to work towards your goals
Build an accountability plan to support you.
Throughout our work, you can count on me to provide you with private, structured support to help you achieve your goals.

HOW CAN I ACHIEVE THE BEST RESULTS FROM COACHING?
1. Engage fully: Respond to reflective questions and statements, even when it feels uncomfortable—it’s often where breakthroughs happen.
2. Be proactive: Actively participate rather than observing from the sidelines.
3. Stay open: Approach sessions with honesty and a willingness to explore what’s unclear about yourself, others, and the situation.
4. Follow through: Commit to agreed actions between sessions and show up for scheduled sessions on time.
5. Reflect thoughtfully: Take time to think about the coaching conversation after each session and before the next one.
