How much is a coaching package?

How long is a session, and what is the frequency?

The discovery session is 90 minutes, standard sessions are an hour and the reflection session is also an hour.

To ensure lasting change and tangible results, I work closely with my clients twice a month, for a minimum commitment of 3 months.

How do we conduct the coaching?

The majority of my clients choose to connect with me through Zoom, where we can engage in face-to-face sessions regardless of our physical locations.

However, if you prefer a phone call, that option is also available.

No matter the method, rest assured that our sessions will be filled with empowerment, growth and unwavering support.

What about confidentiality?

Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our coaching relationship. Rest assured, this is a sanctum of trust, where your privacy is of utmost importance.

I am proud to be an ICF member and adhere to the ethical guidelines set out by the ICF.

Your personal and professional information shared during our sessions will be held in the strictest confidence.

I’m committed to maintaining complete confidentiality, unless there is a genuine concern for your safety or the safety of others. Your well-being is paramount, and I will always prioritise your best interests.

What happens if I'm late?

I trust that you will make every effort to be on time for your scheduled appointments, recognising the value they hold for your progress.

In the event that you are running late for a session, I want to ensure we maximize the time we have together. If you happen to arrive late, please understand that your session may need to be shortened accordingly.

By embracing this mindset of timeliness and accountability, we create a powerful space where your growth and transformation can flourish.

What is your cancellation policy?

I request that you honour our coaching relationship by rescheduling any appointments 48 hours (working days) or more in advance, allowing us to make the necessary adjustments to accommodate your needs. Please make sure it is two working days - Monday to Friday only.

I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and I am compassionate towards personal emergencies that may require last-minute changes. In such cases, I am more than happy to work with you to find a suitable alternative solution.
