Certified coach (CPCC, ACC) and former music exec; here to help women in music rebuild confidence, gain clarity, and take bold steps in their careers without losing who they are.

I’VE LIVED THIS INDUSTRY
With 20+ years in music, I’ve done it all: record stores, music journalism, airline audio, recording studios, and over a decade in biz dev at BMG, Sony Music, and EMI. I’ve sold merch for Live Nation, delivered results in high-pressure roles, and navigated more boys’ club boardrooms than I can count.
I know how exhausting it is to keep proving yourself. Now, I help women break that cycle, and back themselves fully.
MY WHY
When I moved to LA in 2022, it hit me. Women in music were still facing the same battles. Working harder than ever, but stuck in burnout, doubt, and unclear on what comes next.
I kept thinking, I wish I’d had someone back then. Someone to cut through the noise and remind me I was already enough.
That is why I became a coach. To be the support I never had.
WHAT I STAND FOR
More women in leadership. Equal pay. A music industry that values talent over who you went to the pub with.
I want women to feel confident walking into any room, whether they are leading the meeting or questioning what comes next.
A BIT ABOUT ME
London born, now living in New York, and happily married to my brilliant wife. I’m a connector, a go getter, lifelong vegetarian, animal lover, and recently obsessed with bird watching.
Great food, big laughs, and good music keep me going. I love to travel, meet new people, and soak up the energy of a live gig.
I LOVE WHAT I DO
People ask why I left music, but I never really did. I’m still part of it—just from a new angle.
Now, I help women shape careers they love and build the confidence to back themselves. It’s the best work I’ve ever done.
