Feeling Stuck in Your Career? Your Values Might Be Trying to Tell You Something.

You know that feeling when a job looks great on paper, but something just feels off? You can’t quite put your finger on it, but deep down, you know it’s not right.

That’s not you overthinking it. That’s your values trying to get your attention.

➡️ If you value connection, but your work environment is competitive and isolating, you’ll feel disconnected.
➡️ If you value freedom, but your boss is rigid and controlling, you’ll feel trapped.
➡️ If you value respect, but your ideas are dismissed or ignored, you’ll feel undervalued.
➡️ If you value authenticity, but you’re constantly adapting to fit in, you’ll feel exhausted.

The truth is, no promotion, pay rise, or industry recognition will fix that misalignment.

I’ve been there. I’ve stayed in roles that weren’t right for me because they should have been. I’ve learned (the hard way) that when your values aren’t being met, work starts to feel like a grind.

That’s why I became a coach—to help experienced women in music figure out what truly matters to them and make career decisions that actually feel good.

So if something in your career isn’t sitting right, ask yourself: What value might be missing?

Drop me an email here —I’d love to hear what value is most important to you.
