WHAT WOULD YOU CALL ME?

Input needed please! What would you call me?

I often struggle to condense what I do into just a title, here’s an example of what that looks like.

Last night, I was at the Women In Music Holiday event here in New York—an incredible room full of inspiring women. The energy? Pure rocket fuel.

When I introduced myself, I said, “I coach women in music.”

“Oh, you mean a vocal coach?”

No.

“Ah, so executive coaching?”

That doesn’t fit either. In fact a lot of the women I work with would love to get to that level - but they're not there yet.

Here’s what I actually do: I work with women in the middle of their careers. The ones holding it all together—at labels, DSPs, promoters, artist managers etc. Often the ones supporting the artists, often carrying the heaviest loads. They’re brilliant, but feel stuck. Not always seen as executives, not quite moving up the ladder—yet.

These are the women I help.

So here’s my question: What would you call me? I’m curious—and wide open to your ideas.

(And to the allies out there—keep supporting. You’re part of the change.)

Send me your suggestions on Instagram here. Looking forward to hearing your ideas on this.
