Then & Now: A Decade of Reinvention

A decade ago, I walked away from major record labels. I’d spent years driving business development, working with global artists, and navigating corporate hierarchies. But I wanted something different; more autonomy, more impact, and a business that could move fast without the weight of endless red tape.

So, I took a leap, stepping into the unknown, joining a small company that distributed music merch across Europe. Why? Because I craved a business that wasn’t a corporate giant - one where decisions didn’t need a 17-person approval chain and where my work had an immediate, tangible impact. I wanted to see how business worked beyond the safety net of a global brand.

Fast forward to 2025. Now, I live in New York and run my own coaching business - Sarah Page Coach LLC. No more waiting for someone else’s green light. I set the direction. I make the decisions. And I choose to work with professional women ready to shape a career in music that excites them.

The autonomy I longed for back then? I built it.

A decade ago, I wanted to learn how to thrive beyond corporate expectations. Now, I help women in music figure out what they really want, and how to make it happen.
