THE TIME I BECAME A BACKING VOCALIST

That time I was sat at my desk working for BMG - The New Music Company when someone casually asked if anyone on the floor could hold a note. I laughed and said, “I love singing, and yeah, I reckon I can!”

Next thing I know, me and a crew of girls from the office were in the recording studio, laying down harmonies for Groove Armada’s track ‘The Girls Say’.

Fun fact: I signed away my rights to royalties. Could’ve made my millions, but nope—just a priceless story instead!
