MY VISION OF SUCCESS HAS EVOLVED WITH AGE

My vision of success has evolved as I’ve grown older. In my younger years, I measured my worth by my job title, the brand I worked for, and the money I earned. But chasing those things led me down paths that didn’t feel right. I made decisions that didn’t serve me—jobs I took, people I allowed into my life, and the pressure I put on myself to conform to social expectations.

But deep down, there’s always been a voice in me whispering, This isn’t it. A part of me knew I needed something more authentic, more aligned. And now, I’m finally listening to that voice. I’ve learned to trust my gut, celebrate who I am, and create a career and life that feel true to me.

Retraining to become a certified coach was a leap of faith, but it’s also been the most rewarding decision I’ve ever made. I’m happier than I’ve ever been because I’ve aligned with my core values—and I prioritise them every day.

Yes, I have moments of doubt. I wonder if my business will thrive or if women in music will trust me to be their coach. But when I tune into my true self, I know I’m on the right path. I trust the process, and I believe.
