STILL PROVING YOUR WORTH IN ROOMS WHERE MEN DON’T HAVE TO?

My Why?

I’ve seen firsthand how the music industry sidelines women—even those at the top. I’ve been in rooms where experienced, talented women were overlooked. Where they had the expertise but not the credit. The responsibility but not the title. The results but not the pay.

And I hear it from my clients, too. Women who have led teams, delivered results, and earned their place; yet still find themselves proving their worth in ways their male peers never have to. They tell me how exhausting it is to navigate the boys’ club, push past double standards, and fight for the respect and pay they deserve.

That’s why I coach executive women in music to get clear on what they want; and create a plan to make it happen.

Because in 2025, as women’s rights face increasing threats, this work matters more than ever.

For me, this isn’t just about helping one woman at a time; it’s about changing the culture at the top, one female leader at a time.

If you’re ready to talk, I’ve walked a mile in your shoes and I’m here to help.
