WHY I DON’T GIVE MY CLIENTS ADVICE

When I’m coaching women in the music industry to help them create a career that they love, I really want to see them shine, but I don’t give them advice. Because advice sounds like; "you should do this, you need to do that, I think you should try this …."

Advice giving is someone telling you what they think you should do based on their perception of you, which most of the time is not even accurate. Or based on their own values, perspective or fears i.e. “don’t leave your job” or “don’t go travelling”.

Instead, my job is to be your coach; so, I don’t give advice, I do coaching.

What we do together with coaching is discover your true desires so that instead of trying to achieve the thing that you’ve been told you should, you’re actually following your own path that lights you up. Getting clear on your true heart’s desires so you can build a career and life that you love.

Through coaching we uncover the beliefs that you have taken on from other people, that aren’t serving you, and are getting in your way of being fulfilled. We do the deep investigation work so you can ask yourself what your values are and explore how you can better align with them in your career.

Do you really want advice? More people in your life telling you what they think you should do.

If you do, sorry but we’re not a match. But if you’re ready for the deep inquiry, and for someone to hold space for you to unleash your true desires and do the extensive inner work to create a career you love, then hit me up.
