WHAT ARE YOUR STRENGTHS?
Ten years ago, I was introduced to this fantastic book ‘Strengthsfinder 2.0’ by Don Clifton.
It was in a corporate environment where it was felt that if we could identify our strengths, and that of our colleagues, we could utilise them, and work better together.
There’s a unique code in a packet in the back of the book. You log onto the website provided and input the code and answer 200 questions. It took me probably about 20-30 minutes to do so, and then once you've completed the test, you're emailed the results straight away.
IDENTIFY YOUR KEY STRENGTHS
It lists your top 5 strengths in order. The book then explains more about them and ideas for action and how to work with others with that strength.
I bought this book again last week because I wondered if my strengths had changed at all ten years later. What I discovered was that three of my top five strengths remain the same and two have indeed changed.
This reinforced that we all possess different strengths innately within us, and you can learn to listen to them and grow them over time, bringing them to the forefront.
If you're interested in learning more about your strengths and how best you can utilise them then we can explore this in a coaching session together. Please email me to set up a chemistry session at: sarah@sarahpagecoach.com
