THE CHANGE THE MUSIC INDUSTRY DESPERATELY NEEDS.

If I could change the music industry today, what would be the first problem I’d tackle?

The boys’ club mentality that still has too strong a grip on this industry.

Yes, we’ve seen progress—women are speaking out, male allies are stepping up, and occasionally, women are even getting those long-overdue pay bumps to match what men have been earning for years. But it’s not enough, and it’s taking too long.

The reality is, the power structures, the people who have been calling the shots for decades, haven’t budged. Let’s be real, we’re all just waiting for the day when they’re no longer at the helm because their egos won’t let them step aside or retire. But that doesn’t mean we sit back and wait for change.

I’ve felt the sting of inequality firsthand in the music industry, and I continue to coach women who are navigating this challenging landscape every day.

As Michelle Obama said in her recent speech, "Do something!”. That’s exactly what I’m here to do through my coaching: help women rock, rise, and revolutionise this industry.

So, if you’re a woman looking for support as you navigate this male-dominated industry—whether you’re aiming for that promotion, pay rise, or just a better work-life balance—reach out.

I’m here to coach you and help you make the change you deserve.
